This includes helping to build out our copy guidelines as part of a company-wide design system initiative called Grove.

I worked closely with UX and internet services teams to create new and optimized digital messaging across our platforms, including microcopy and app wizards, to ensure a consistent brand voice and improved user experience. I also developed email content, digital display ads, paid social, landing pages and more for our digital marketing efforts.
