As the in-house content strategist, I advise writers, designers, product managers and others on best practices to help maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across platforms. This includes helping to build out our copy guidelines as part of a company-wide design system initiative called Grove.

I worked closely with UX and internet services teams to create new and optimized digital messaging across our platforms, including microcopy and app wizards, to ensure a consistent brand voice and improved user experience. I also developed email content, digital display ads, paid social, landing pages and more for our digital marketing efforts.

As a copywriter at this marketing agency, I delivered copy and content strategy for financial services and healthcare industry clients nationwide, but some of my proudest moments were the B2B campaigns I developed to promote our agency to potential new clients.
